Owner's Consent (Applicant)

About this step

Invite client

There is an option to invite the client and/or applicant into the application to complete the owner's consent. This feature provides a high level of quality assurance for your client/applicant as it eliminates the risks of error when entering details into the form.

For each property, your client/applicant is guided using the left-side navigation panel titled “Fill out the form below”. The owner’s consent is appended with supporting information to the application.

Alternatively, you can upload your own completed owner’s consent and supporting information using the right-side navigation panel, all uploads will be automatically appended to the report. Ensure that the landowner’s details are entered on the left-side navigation panel titled “Fill out the form below”.

The creator of the application is automatically assigned as the project manager. The project manager controls all invites, has access to all of the information and can edit or complete any information required.
